A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN
The problem with cleansing masks is that they strip the skin. Ok, so it is not actually that much a problem if you just have to head to bed or if you happen to have oily skin, which is quite common for spot prone skins, but if, like me, your skin is completely messed up and you suffer at the same time from spots and dryness, well, that's another story.
But I found the solution, yes, I did! And it doesn't only hydrates your face, it also leaves it super soft and pretty to look at, and it makes removing those messy clay masks a lot easier.
I am talking the blogger favorite, coconut oil.
What I do is simply slap on a cleansing mask ( I use the Origins Clear Improvement one ) wait for it to dry and to make it impossible for me to recreate any facial expressions, then I take a bit of coconut oil, massage it into my mask, which will melt just like it was make up, and splash everything off with some cold water.
And there you have it: clean and soft skin in a matter of minutes! It's so amazing it feels like you just had a facial and it gives you some seriously Flawless*** skin you could hop out of the door with no foundation on.
The magic of coconut oil strikes again.
