FOREVER REPURCHASING » RIMMEL EXAGGERATE LIP LINER IN EASTEND SNOB

Here we are at our second Forever Repurchasing post! Aren't you proud? Ok so, all the products featuring this category are obviously my favorites, but this one, the Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in Eastend Snob is something else. Like I had a mini - ok, proper - panic attack one day when I couldn't find it. Like if I had done a 2014 favorites, this would have taken the crown. Like it's becoming my signature lip. Like everyone loves it and compliments me on it. And I'm here to tell you why it is so good.


First of all, the formula. Creamy, super pigmented, slightly drying but it's so beautiful it is not going to bother you. The lasting power is insane, and if anything, it fades evenly and beautifully. Though it is a lip liner, I use it all over my lips. The finish is insane: matte block color that is going to make your lips look oh-so-Kylie-Jenner-ish (In fact Kim K herself said her baby sister only uses lip liners and no lipstick!). It sits comfortably on the lips, you do know it is there but you can still rub them together and everything.

And then, the color. Oh my. Can we please look at this beauty in utter admiration? Because it is what I do everyday. In camera it comes off a little pinkier than how it is in real life, aka a beautiful mauve, very My Lips But Better and an absolute dupe for the early KJ pout (I am obsessed - ok?!). It is the kinda color that goes great both with a smoky eye or with the most minimal make up ever. It is a statement lip, but it is still natural. You have all the good stuff you get with a nude and all the qualities of a bold pout. Plus, it is the perfect shade to slightly overdraw your lips without anyone noticing. I am in love!

Another plus? It retails for less than 10€ and rumor has it it is the best drugstore dupe for the infamous Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk! I do think this one's better though because A) it is not gonna cost you an arm and a leg and B) it's a push up kinda pencil, so you don't need to sharpen it, saving a lot of product and fuss. Only downside is that being a lip liner it is not supposed to be used all over the lips, so it doesn't last as long as a lipstick would. I picked my first one up at the beginning of November and had purchased the second one last week, but I did used it every single day, though!
