Not gonna lie to you, I wasn't quite feeling it in the last few days. As you may have noticed by my Hello August post, I was kinda depressed. You know when you feel totally uninspired and so done about everything that happens to you / you do, that you don't feel like doing anything at all? That's it.


I was 'happily' riding through my own personal sea of blueness, when I decided that that wasn't me and wasn't what I wanted to be. So I stood up, took a shower, put my make up on and head out. Yesterday I saw my friends and went to a party, and I already have a few things planned for tomorrow and the next week. To me planning is such a good thing that makes me feel organized, less anxious and excited.

I've pushed myself a bit for stepping out this sad tunnel, but in the end I'm happy I did. Being uninspired and unmotivated is such a bad thing, but I think the best you can do in that case is to turn off your pc, light up a candle, eat some chocolate and read a good book. And once you're ok with yourself and feel pampered and sophisticated and not like a total sloth who has just spent the last three days watching Spirderman films, put on your best smile and go out with your best friends, that are very likely gonna make you laugh and forget about your problems.

And once you're home, eat some more chocolate. There's a time to worry about diet and healthy eating and that time, my friend, is not today.
