REVLON COLORBURST MATTE BALM REVIEW

I know I'm late to the party but you have no idea how much I wanted to be invited: if all the British Beauty Bloggers were raving about this lips crayons back in the old November, I had to wait until less than a month ago to put my paws on this beauties, when they were finally released in Italy.

Ok, so, when I saw them on the Revlon counter I had a little dance around and the girls who worked there looked at me like I was crazy but it was totally justified, especially because those things are freaking amazing.

The Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm are the matte version of the infamous Just Kissable Lip Crayons. They come in the prettiest ten shades that cover everything, from pink to coral to plum, and smell like peppermint, which will also make your lips slightly tingling, like those volumizing gloss.
Unlike any other matte lip products out there, these fade evenly and don't dry your pout out, though they aren't the most moisturizing balm out there and it is always better to use a lip scrub before applying them.
The color pay off is incredible: even the lightest shades are opaque within one coat and look perfect without having to work them in your lips.

Here are the shades I own:

»230 - COMPLEX
This is my favorite shade, the perfect peach beigy nude that doesn't completely erase your lips when you apply it. Similar to Topshop Whimsical, but slightly more brown toned.

»205 - ELUSIVE
A cool toned pink, which can be built up to a very bold fuchsia lip.

TLDR » they are cheap & amazing: buy them.
