SEPHORA GENTLE EXFOLIATOR CLEANSING CREAM REVIEW

To be honest, I didn't know make up removers could come in any form other then liquid till something like three months ago.
Yeah, I know. Laugh at me.
But anyway, now I am very aware that you can slap a balm or a cream or whatever on your face and expect it to remove all the foundation you put it on that morning, and I found my little gem in this ex-unknown sea.

I spotted the Sephora Gentle Exfoliating Cream on the Sephora's website as I was looking for something to purchase together with the Naked3 palette in order to get a free deliver. I loved the idea of it: a cleanser that exfoliates and hydrates all at once, with a bit of AHAs and Cranberry extracts to make it even more appealing to the ever-in-the-hunt-for-something-to-purify-my-skin girl I am. But, obviously, it was out of stock but definitely not out of my head, since it sticked in my mind until I finally got my hands on it last December in angelic choirs and everything.

You just rub it into your dry skin and then rinse it off and your face feels clean and soft as never before. You should keep it away from your eyes but I massage it onto my lids as well when my make up isn't too heavy (otherwise I would rely on something like the L'Orèal Eye MakeUp Remover).
I love that it's a cream and not a balm, because it doesn't feel too thick or greasy, I love the smell as it's very fresh and I love how velvety soft my skin is after I use it.

I'm also in love with the price tag, to be honest, because at 7,50 euros is really not that bad, considering that mine is lasting more than four months and I use it every single day. I also think it's crazy how some Sephora's products are so overpriced (I'm looking at you, make up brushes) and others are so cheap, but since this allows me to get a clean baby soft skin without breaking the bank, I won't complain.

So here you are, a nice staple for your skincare stash that you won't be willing to trade for the Clinique-st product (Ok, maybe that 'Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm' is the only exception). And thinking that a few months ago I didn't even think something like that could exist. Oh, how times change...
