Let's play a game called 'Describe your dream snack'. I would go for tasty, low in calories, filling, healthy, 100% natural, cheap, easy and that doesn't make you look like a freak when you take it out your bag. Well, you know what? This snack does not only exist in dreams, but even in your local supermarket: I'm talking about pop corn.
Once upon a time, at the start of the summer, I decided to set myself a challenge and train myself to run for 30 minutes without... ahem, dying. I did well until a couple weeks before heading to New York, in July, when my knee started hurting. Then I got back and I was fine, but my motivation wasn't. This is how a seesaw of super athletic / coach potatoes weeks started.

I must say I like it very much. I love that it's a warm and hearty food that will keep you full till lunch but it doesn't make you feel like you've had a whole turkey for breakfast. I'm also a big fan of its insipidity, if that's a thing, because I feel like it's a sort of blank canvas base that you can personalized as you please and I always have a bit of fun in the morning choosing which topping to use or which ingredient to add.
Speaking of that, here's four of my latest experiments that I hope you will find useful or inspiring.
| Pudding fail with cocoa, pear and cinnamon |
I've always been quite a chubby bunny and never had an healthy relationship with food, which means that in the last ten years I've been starving , cramming, trying every single diet on this world and even seeing a nutritionist. It took me ages to feel comfortable in my own body and understand that everyone has a different body shape and they're all beautiful. (Also, I'd like to point out that Youtube and Blogger have
