So, on Friday, I turned 19.
A part from scaring me to death, because this is my last year as a teenager and I already feel old, it was awful.


It was just a mixture of things really. Small little things that made that day not so good. At first I was thinking it was going to be better if I didn't write anything about it there, but since last year I had three whole posts about my birthday, and I want this to be my diary, I figured I couldn't just avoid mentioning it.

Yup, it wasn't the best, and I wasn't really feeling it, but instead of crying over myself in this post and make it as permanent as the internet this way, I decided I would list down 19 things that made me smile / happy, and focus on them.

001. Teen Wolf 'Birthday' episode being aired on the 5th. (Fun fact: Crystal Reed's birthday is actually on the 6th).

002. My skin being not so awfully bad.

003. Arriving to school too late and having to wait until 9 am to enter. In the meanwhile having a solo dance party in my car, which included taking selfies,drinking chai tea out of my brand new travel mug and dancing like a fool to Lany's hits.

004. Lany favoriting my tweet.

005. The ginormous amount of flowers my grandparents sent me.

006. Laughing with my family about old pictures of us.

007. All the lovely 'Happy Birthday' messages from my family and friends.

008. My outfit + makeup for the night - I was wearing a pink coat and my beloved Asos velvet smock dress.

009. Eating Mc Donald's ice cream instead of cake.

010. The 'Happy Birthday' sing along + blowing my candle.

011. My mom saying 'It's Linda's birthday!' and the allowing us all to eat our ice cream in the living room (which is in fact a rare event).

012. Knowing that I share my birthday month with Harry, Lauren and Ed, and finding out even Claire is a Feb kid (I'm fangirling so hard right now).

013. Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in EastEnd Snob.

014. My fake mirrored nails.

015. Bruno Mars' Uptown Funk.

016. Taylor Swift dancing like a fool at the Grammy Museum.

017. This picture.

018. Being -maybe- finally able to see Love, Rosie.

019. Donald Faison and Zach Braff bromancing at Harry Styles' birthday party.
