ONE STEP NO CALORIES GINGER 'LEMONADE'
Lemonade is so good, especially compared to all those sparkling sugary drinks. I know in America fresh lemonade is widely available even in shops and fast foods, but here in Italy it's not the same and the thing coming the closest is a can of Fanta Lemon (not quite the same, uh?).
That's why lately I've been loving this easy homemade drink, a 'lemonade' with quotes because it's not a proper lemonade but more like an iced tea, but then again it tastes like lemon (with a yummy ginger kick) and does not contain caffeine. And can we talk about the minimum effort it requires? Or that it has no calories at all?

- water, more on less depending on how strong you want your lemonade
- Twinings Lemon & Ginger brew
Here's how »
- Just do what you'll usually do to prepare yourself a cup of tea: wait for water to boil, then brew your tea bag for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Put your brew into a glass bottle and then into the fridge.
- Enjoy.
The lemonade is already very sweet itself, but if you want you can add a bit of honey to make it even fancier. 'Oh me? I'm just drinking away my all natural no calories ginger & honey lemonade... yes, I'm cool as that' *read it in a dandy voice*
